This is the Final Demand Letter of my client ROMEO C. LACONSAY, with regards to your outstanding obligation amounting to ONE HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR PESOS (Php 103, 424.00) as Professional and Management Fee. We have sent a Demand Letter to you dated May 6, 2013. After said demand letter was send to you, you have paid the following amount: 1. THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (P30, 00.00) on May 25, 2013, and 2. TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10, 000.00) on July 23, 2013. So, you have still an outstanding obligation of SIXTY THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR (P63,424.00). My client has given you ample time to pay your obligation but you have not paid any amount since July 23, 2013. In behalf of my client, we are giving you FIFTEEN (15) DAYS upon receipt of this Final Demand Letter and failure to do so will leave us no choice but to seek legal action to protect the interest and right of our client. This is your final demand for payment of your obligation which is due and demandable. Please give this matter your utmost attention. Thank you!
