Resolution proposed for the Special General Meeting

We, the members of Worcestershire Conservative Future and signatories of the above petition, hereby propose the following motion to be debated and voted upon at the Special General Meeting duly authorised under the above petition. The wording of the resolution shall be as follows: We, the members of Worcestershire Conservative Future, have no confidence in the current Chairman and thus demand her immediate resignation as Chairman of that organisation. We have authorised a Special General Meeting and proposed the above resolution for the following reasons: 1. to facilitate an open and honest discussion between the Chairman, Executive, and members with regards to recent changes to the constitution of the Executive of Worcestershire Conservative Future; 2. to illustrate that the Chairman must work with her Executive rather than overruling them when they do not agree with her point of view; 3. to hold the Chairman to account for her personal criticism of members of the Executive, in particular the Deputy Chair Political; and 4. to reiterate that the Chairmans legitimacy is derived from the contentment of members and their continued belief that the Chairman has the best interests of Worcestershire Conservative Future at heart during her tenure of office.

For the above reasons, we respectfully request that the above motion be considered and voted upon at the Special General Meeting.
