THE SITUATION

Japan Tobacco International (JTI), the global tobacco division of Japanese tobacco manufacturer Japan Tobacco, has selected South Africa-based ICT managed services provider, Integr8, as its continued technology procurement and services partner of choice. This marks the extension of a long-term relationship founded upon reliable, quality outsourced technical service provision. JTI went to tender on the renewal of ICT service provision and awarded this to Integr8. Integr8 has, to date, demonstrated the value of a trusted, experienced and professional outsource services partner by managing JTIs ICT Infrastructure in South Africa

All calls are regulated through the Nerve Centre and assigned to remote teams for follow-up. JTI is an international brand and requires the technology services and expertise of an established provider to help ensure consistent and efficient operations.

THE OUTCOME

THE SOLUTION

The service and support contract applies to JTIs national presence in Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban and Gauteng and essentially means that JTI is connected to Integr8s acclaimed centralised hightech customer relationship hub or Nerve Centre on a 24/7/365 basis.
