A. Dying Declaration Requisites: 1. The declaration was made under the consciousness of an impending death; 2.

The declaration refers to the cause and surrounding circumstances of the declarants death; 3. The declaration relates to facts which the victim is competent to testify; 4. The declarant thereafter dies; 5. The declaration is offered in a criminal case wherein the declarants death is the subject of inquiry. B. Declaration against interest Requisites: 1. The declarant is dead or unable to testify; 2. The declaration relates to a facts against the interest of the declarant; 3. At the time he made the declaration the declarant was aware that same was contrary to his aforesaid interest; 4. The declarant had no motive to falsity and believed such declaration to be true. C. Act or declaration about Pedigree Requisites: 1. The declarant is dead or unable to testify; 2. The declaration relates to the pedigree of another person; 3. The declarant is related by birth or by marriage to the person whose pedigree is in question; 4. Such relationship is shown by evidence other than such act or declaration; 5. The act or declaration was made prior to the controversy. D. Family Reputation or Tradition regarding Pedigree: Requisites: 1. The reputation or tradition regarding pedigree is one existing in the family of the person whose pedigree is one existing in the family of the person whose pedigree is in question; 2. The reputation or tradition was formed before the controversy; 3. The witness testifying to the reputation is a member of the family.
