Set the pressure in leakage test method page, for example, set the pressure as 5000pa, and the

time can be set as 2 min.

Exit the setting page and enter the test page, the data should be cleared before start the calibration.

The test area should be full of water, then cover the calibration plate and connect to the pressure gauge. Press start button to start the calibration, and observe the value in the pressure gauge is whether the same as the preset pressure or not, the allowed accuracy of the pressure is +/-2%. If the value in the pressure gauge is the same as the preset pressure, then the calibration is Ok. If the value is total different, then we can adjust the pressure, open the cover behind the machine, and there a screw used to adjust the pressure, Pls see below picture.

Note: Before leaving factory, this machine had been calibrated, so we fixed the screw.
