Resolution No. 1-2013 RESOLUTION APPLYING FOR ACCREDITATION OF GAMBANG ORGANIZATION OF TERTIARY STUDENTS (GOTS) INCORPORATED TO THE HONORABLE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAKUN, BENGUET

WHEREAS, the Gambang Organization of Tertiary Students (GOTS) Incorporated is an organization of college students exclusively residing at Barangay Gambang, Bakun, Benguet registered under the Securities and Exchange Commission;

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 64 (b) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 7160, the GOTS Inc. desires for its accreditation before the honorable local government unit of the Municipality of Bakun, Benguet to efficiently and proficiently helps out in voicing out the clamors and sentiments of the youth and be of assistance in deciphering thereto;

WHEREAS, the GOTS Inc. wanted to be an active partner of the LGU of Bakun,Benguet in enhancing the well-being and leadership of the youths in pursuant to Section 66 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 7160;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises be evidence for the intent and request for accreditation to the Honarable Sangguniang Bayan of Bakun, Benguet;
