Terms and Conditions for acceptance of all items for sale in the Easter Art Sale (EAS)
! Artwork may be in any medium, ready to hang, all other items tidily presented ! The selection of sale items is the decision of the EAS Committee and unsuitable items will not be displayed ! On the back of each artwork put a label with title, medium, price, artists name, artist's number, address and phone number. Attach a label with as many of these details as practical to every other non-painting item to aid allocating all sales to the correct person. ! Insurance and freight is the responsibility of the artist. Please attach your return freight ticket to your entry form. ! Every care will be taken with your sale items but no responsibility can be taken for damage ! Courier address for artwork: Queenstown Art Centre cnr Ballarat & Stanley Sts. Queenstown (Cloakroom Gallery door opposite Speights is open between 11am & 4pm). Put Andies (021 539 520) phone on the address label too. ! Paintings must be collected from the QAS Rooms on Sunday 27th April from 10 to 12. For other arrangements please advise Andie. Any uncollected artworks will be deemed the property of the QAS.
