    RAVI KANT RTI QUESTIONS 1. The fellowship award letter for UGC JRF Fellowship in Engineering and Technology for the year 2008-09 and 2009-10, have been dispatched on 22 November 2012 to me vide letter no F.No. 10-01/2008 (SA-I) but till date fellowship had not been released. Up till now 1 year and 2 months have passed. The photocopies of the award letter and joining letter received by me are attached herewith along with photocopy of my PhD registration. Please provide me reasons on record and certified copy of records containing reasons for delay. 2. Up to what date am I expected to get the fellowship? 3. I have sent a request letter through the Director, DIPSAR (the institute I am currently registered for PhD) vide no.DIPSAR/UGC/2012/3043, for the release of the fellowship and submitted personally to the inward section of the UGC. The Photocopy of the receiving letter is attached herewith. Please provide me the reply.
