I prepared the following chart of settlement agreements, excluding the agreement with Alberto Rodriguez, in accordance with your request. These thirteen settlements occurred over the past ve years. You will see that some include nancial settlements and others have no nancial arrangement, other than to not challenge an application (if submitted) for unemployment benets. Instances in which vacation or sick leave accrual were provided are contractual. Vacation is paid out on a per-diem basis. The one instance in which sick leave was paid out (Employee #7), was at a rate of $25/day (51.25 accrued days).
