EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES Student Council, August 2006 May 2012 -Held many positions such as the freshmen class representative, executive spirit store manager, executive marketing director, and executive sports promotional director. Involved in many community service projects, the planning and executing of school events, and leadership of new traditions. DECA August 2010 May 2011 -Specialized in different types of marketing and management studies and gained knowledge of the business field dealing with communication and presentation skills. Worked closely with knowledgeable personnel on topics including marketing, public relations, and other business related areas. VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE Church Camp, YoungLife Williams, Arizona December 2010 -Attended a Young Life winter camp as a volunteer server in the caf. I was responsible for the tables assigned, using my problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Student Council, GHS Gilbert, Arizona August 2013 December 2013 -Assisted the Advisor in overseeing the class and event work. Aided the students in planning/executing events such as school-wide community service work, school dances and pep-assemblies, etc. Used objective leadership skills and communication daily. WORK EXPERIENCE Sales Associate, Vans Gilbert, Arizona September 2011 present -Use specific customer service and communication skills daily. Provide a welcoming environment, assisting customers in finding what they were looking for upon entrance of the store for repeated clientele. Work diligently to achieve daily personal and overall store sales goals. Member Services, LifeTime Fitness Gilbert, Arizona September 2013 present -Frontline team member, greeting and welcoming members into the club. Use exceptional customer service and problem solving skills. Assist members with any and all issues/changes to their account and/or membership and resolving any setbacks in a timely, professional manner. Host/Expo, Blue 32 Gilbert, Arizona November 2013 present -Greeting customers upon their entrance and directing them to the proper area. Be punctual and professional with every encounter and complete daily side-tasks and cleaning duties. Use proper customer service skills.
