Information sharing agreements Creating a MOU for partner agencies including developing partner onboarding process. Synchronization with the Outcomes and Assessments group Create a self-inventory of providers current data collection strategy (to gauge where everyone is as part of data collection effort)this will build on the results of Data and Outcomes survey. Alison Reis, Agency: - PHMC Meeting notes: Some of the topics that were discussed included: Benefits for being part of the OST Collaboration. Access to data Learning from each other In case of agencies with limited or no data collecting infrastructure in place, benefit of tapping into the resources within the collaborative. Partner agencies expectations from the Collaboration and vice versa From data perspective Onboarding process including having MOU in place for new partners who want to be part of the collaborative. Looked at the template and the group can start on developing one for our use Recent survey results Allying fears that the Systems Building Project is going to add on to what agencies are already doing Other: How to motivate non-city funded agencies to be part of the collaboration: Helping agencies see value of good data Assisting agencies in developing internal resources etc. Talked about how Pittsburgh was doing this by having such funders as United way and others encourage agencies be part of the collaboration as it showed they were offering Quality Programs. Voluntary and not mandated Next Steps: Work on creating a Collaboration agreement. Next meeting tentatively in 2 months (date TBD) Set up online discussion board to discuss/share ideas till next meeting.
