    Gary and Dena Pate with Pate Ministries have been very busy since arriving in Ecuador on December 2, 2013. Most of the ministry took place in Baños and Shell Ecuador. We have been ministering in local schools, churches, local and neighboring indigenous villages and in the remote jungle. Dena also filled in for the Nurse at Casa de Fe for a short time. God has been doing incredible new things and has opened up some amazing new doors for us in new area called Cuenca. We begin our new ministry February 3rd. We will update you with more information at a later date. Check out our Photo Collage to see what we have been up to. We love working as full time missionaries for Christ.     December - January Photo update on the Pates: Missionaries for to the Children of Ecuador.

    Houses are made of Adobe mud bricks

    We love what we do and are so thankful that God called us to full time ministry service to Him. May He be Glorified.

    It's market day in this village, animals and lots of people pile in as many as possible

    Tree limbs are used as brooms to sweep the streets

    We rode a bus for 2 hours then walked into the jungle, in the mud, on logs and over rivers to a village to share Christ

    Dena taught Sunday School and made balloon animals for the kids while Gary preached in the village

    Gary showed the Jesus Film to the children

    Small children have to care for their baby brothers/sisters
