Problem Definition

The VRS has bifurcated SBIs employee into pro VRS and anti VRS and made SBI to stick in the middle. The weak HR policy, piling NPAs, internet connectivity, and employee migration to NPBs have paralyzed the largest bank. The company needs to develop a sound policy which can eliminate the burdened workforce and re-boost the employee productivity and trust in the bank.

Solution Objective
1. Build an effective HR team, expert in hiring and firing of employees. 2. Increase employee satisfaction to reduce the attrition rate. 3. Internal promotion and greater incentive to establish employee intimacy into the bank. 4. Greater focus on modernization of banks and squeezing of NPAs. 5. Make the workforce competitive to grab the market opportunities.
