Psychosocial profile

The physical profile focuses in the child’s health practices and on behaviors that affects

health and well-being.

Health Practices - Last check up was on May 9, 2009.

Findings: - Viral infection.

Typical Day - Wake up at 6:30, mangihi, inum tubig, take a bath, eat breakfast,

water, play, snack, eat lunch at 12 noon, play, sometimes matulog,

snacks, eat dinner at 4 pm, play, drink milk, sleep at 9:00 pm.

- Absent in her summer class for two days.

- Subject. Like – math

- Dislike – Mapeh

- Only absent when she has a serious illness.

- School Phobia: St. Joseph’s Hall.

Every 30 mins. - inum tubig.

Nutritional Patterns - Eats breakfast everyday like beef loaf, egg, hotdog, corned beef,

drink milk and vitamins.

Soup is her usual lunch.

Favorite snack are knick knacks & doesn’t eat junk foods.
Activity and Exercise Patterns

- Sports: none

- Likes playing with friends, she watches TV everyday, text2,

computer: 30 minutes, 2 times a week.

- Exercise during school days

Recreation/Hobbies - Dancing & singing for fun.

- Hobbies: drawing, writing, cutting different papers, hilig magkalat.

- Does not have any weapons at home.

Sleep/Rest Patterns - Usually sleeps at 9:00 pm wake up at 6:30 am

She doesn’t make the bed wet/ urinate anymore.

Roles/Relationship - She lives with her family.

- She can easily talk with her friends.

- She has special friends

- Description niya sa sarili: “Gwapa ko, Behave ko, Friendly ko. Good

ko”

Religious & Spiritual Influences

- Prayer is part of her everyday life.

- Nagasimba kauban ang pamilya pero usahay dili nagapaminaw sa

mass.

Sexuality Patterns - Wala pa sya na-educate about sex.


Stress & Coping - “Sultian ko na pangit”, as verbalized by the patient. In response,

she plays for fun and to feel relaxed.
