Walk in would like to speak with an officer with regards to a roommate problem. Narrative: The Rp was asking advice about evicting his roommate. He stated they had been living together for a few months. The Rp stated this morning he turned off the heat and all the electricity to the home in hope the roommate would leave. He also stated that he was going to throw all of his roommate's belongings into the street if he wasn't gone by noon today. I advised him about some of the consequences in regards to damaging his roommate's property. The Rp became very belligerent and began to yell obscenities expressing his displeasure with his situation. 01/24/2014 2109-Caller reports someone attempting to break into his home, he can hear noise at the bedroom window and another window, also mentioned a phone ringing. Ofcrs dispatched. Stayed on the line with the caller, he stated he would check outside to see what maybe out there. Could hear talk in the back ground, caller came back on the line to advise the party outside was his cousin attempting to get his attention. RP advised that officers would still respond. Narrative: Spoke with the RP. Same advised he ignored numerous calls this evening thinking they were tele marketer's. Turns out they were his cousin in OHIO trying to get a hold of him. Caller reports that while at the YMCA today between 1 and 1:45pm someone went through her bag in the family locker room and stole a necklace and ring. Narrative: Called and took report. No suspects or further information for follow up. SEE REPORT for more. Refer To Incident: 14-176-OF

BHA contacted. 14-2210 1813 Location/Address: Post: Narrative: RP requesting to speak to an officer for assistance in child exchange. Narrative: Ms. Fisher concerned for the welfare of her child she is turning over to her ex-husbands girlfriend. Fisher believes the girlfriend may have been drinking and wants an officer to check. Walked out to the vehicle with the young boy. Driver stepped out of the vehicle and spoke with me. No odor of alcoholic beverage iminating from drivers breath. I then assisted the young boy in getting into the rear seat of the vehicle and putting on his seat belt. Again, I didn't detective an odor of alcoholic beverage.
