Tri-State Area (NY, CT) Ridgefield Public School District Ridgefield, CT School Nutrition Management Rotation - Menu planning, assisted in managing staff, provided in-service nutrition education, prepared chefs tables and nutrition lessons, including in-class lessons, prepared a newsletter that was sent out to all of Chartwells NE Regional facilities. Montifiore Medical Center WIC Program New Rochelle, NY Community Nutrition Rotation - collected anthropometric data, prepared appropriate handouts for participants, educated and counseled participants. Yale New Haven Hospital- St. Raphael Campus New Haven, CT Clinical Nutrition Rotation - Completed general medicine, wound care, cardiology, patient services, endocrinology, renal, oncology, critical care, digestive health/GI surgery, outpatient, and pediatric rotations.
