I received an email from someone today ho had attended the !ancouver stop on the "illennium Coaching Tour I did during 2001. I remember her too# and the loo$ on her face hen I ans ered# %uietly&nicely&cleanly 'no than$s' hen she as$ed for permission to give me some feedbac$ after the presentation. (Normally# I'm open to feedbac$ but not on my spea$ing style) I $no it suc$s for some people# and I can't& on't fi* it in this lifetime. +o# I am a 'no' and it flummo*es people. ,ut she came around and gre as a result. -reat email. -reat lesson on absencing... +he's given me permission to include her note. .ear Thomas# /ou probably don't remember me# e spo$e at the end of your tal$ hen you ere in !ancouver for the "illennium Tour.
