2reen 2arli3 ( :mmature garlic( very s!icy for being so young. >se it where you'd use garlic. ?ay we suggest a !asta dish with sauteed green garlic( !eas( wilted turni! greens % wilted on !ur!ose( not because we didn't bag them @) ) and shaved 'desert jack' cheese from Branched Oak Aarm. 4a5a/C&inese Ca66a'e@ : worked on a farm in "awaii( and the owner made a curry that brought tears of joy to my eyes. :'m not giving you the reci!e( because : don't know it and she was an /intuitive cook0 ...but basically you cho! u! na!a cabbage into big !ieces % the white stemmy !art is the B8+T)( an onion into big !ieces( a block of tofu into big !ieces( and garlic and ginger.
