All site personnel to be inducted into work method statement TL/MS/045 & the JSA for this activity. Ground conditions have been verified as being satisfactory. Chains are tagged Headstocks/abutments completed within tolerance. Bearings are satisfactory to use. Unique ID number and SAA number have been recorded. Pedestals completed to R.L within +/-2.5mm, grade across width of pedestal < 1 in 200 and deviation from flat surface is within +/-1.0mm (SURVEY) Temperature recorded Bearings placed to the correct level and alignment, as per the drawings. Headstocks/abutment clearly marked for each girder. Lifting method approved before commencement Temporary support in line vertically at the specified support points Girders lifted into correct location. Temporary restraints are located as per the drawings. Girders completed to within the specified tolerance (SURVEY HP). Approval given to remove temporary restraints. Approval given to traffic the girders.
