The teachers can then also arrange the physical environment so it provides appropriate and well-maintained indoor and outdoor physical environment. A well organized, equipped, and maintained environment supports the program and the curriculum goals. Community relationships and families and health all go together in the sense that it establishes and maintains these relationships with each childs family and community because there learning and development are connected to their families and community, and to benefit from education and maintain a quality of life, children need to be as healthy as possible. program planning and career development opportunities for staff as well as continuous programing improvement there wouldnt be an effective program.
