Review of delinquent accounts. 4. Old Business a. Landscaping Maint. Review i. Motion by CF to give Currans Notice of Termination for non-performance of contractual obligations. Second by TP. Vote viva voce: All in Favor ii. Motion by JH to entertain contract for mowing and weed control from 4 Seasons Landscaping. Second by TP. Vote viva voce: All in Favor b. Replacement of Landscaping i. 4 Seasons has completed their work. c. Management Company Fees i. Bids have been collected and will be voted on at the November meeting. 5. New Business a. 2014 Budget i. The proposed budget was presented. Motion to approved the 2014 budget made by CF. Second by TP. Vote viva voce: All in Favor 6. Additional Business a.
