What is Perfect Square?

Perfect square is a number that has a rational number as its square root. It can also be defined as the square root of a perfect square will be a whole number. For example, 0, 1, , !, 1", #$, %" , ! etc. are all perfect squares. ! is a perfect square as ! & '#.
