The Transition Expo will be held on Tuesday 29th September from 11am to 7pm at Mairehau High School in Christchurch. The free event will provide information to students aged 13 to 21 with disabilities and their families about transitioning after school to areas like living, funding, employment, leisure and further study. Visitors can speak to various service providers from 11am to 4pm and hear personal transition stories from 4pm to 6pm.
