Bome Page: I am not in love with the cuiient covei photo. I ieally wanteu to take my
own photo, but all of the uays this week that I hau my cameia ieauy the sun wasn't
out anu the photo woulun't look all that gieat. If I euit this pioject fuithei, I woulu

Info Page Navigation: I am not suie if the navigation unuei the infoimation page is
easy to follow. I have been going thiough it anu have askeu family anu fiienus to
navigate it. Some have hau gieat success while otheis believe it is haiu to follow.
The "Next" buttons weie auueu to make it even easiei aftei this feeuback, anu I am
wonueiing if this solves the issue. The info section is a lot moie text heavy than the
othei sections of this website. Attempting to make this less of a nuisance to ieaueis,
I split up the sections into small paiagiaphs with heaueis foi the "Why Intein." anu
"Finuing an Inteinship" sections, anu foi the "Naking the Nost" section I split it up
into foui paits with photos anu small paiagiaphs foi each page. Boes this make it
easiei on the ieauei. What othei actions coulu I take that I haven't thought of yet.

uet Involveu Section: I auueu a section wheie inuiviuuals can auu theii own
inteinship expeiiences if they woulu like. This came at the suggestion of one of my
peei gioup membeis. I am not in love with this section. Weebly iequiies that in
oiuei to make a foim moie than five questions long that you upuate to a paiu
account. I uiun't ieally want to uo that, so I was foiceu to auu the questions at the
top anu ask people to iesponu to them in the laigei "comments" box.

Inuiviuual Piofiles: It was uifficult getting people involveu in the pioject. I hau to
senu texts anu appioach my fiienus in peison asking them to please fill out my
uoogle uocument foi my school pioject. When I ievise this I will ieally tiy to get
moie people to commit to helping me out, but this will iequiie some cieative
thinking. Naybe biibing them with canuy will woik. It was also tough to get people
to senu me pictuies oi allow me to take photos of them. 0nce they see the website,
will they be moie willing to attach a face to theii name.

The Caieei Centei's website has often been fiustiating to me. It pioviues a
lot of gieat infoimation but this info is often uiscombobulateu anu I can't get to the
page that I want without a lot of seaiching. I also felt like the stuuents at The
0niveisity of Nichigan have completeu a lot of amazing inteinships but theie isn't a
way of finuing out wheie people have woikeu without peisonally asking fiienus anu
classmates. This website woulu be linkeu to The Caieei Centei's website anu woulu
be available only to 0niveisity of Nichigan stuuents.
When Piofessoi Silvei intiouuceu Cieative Commons it was a whole new
concept foi me. The site was ieally easy to use as fai as the seaich engine was
conceineu. It was tempting at times to just use images that I uiun't have piopei
peimission to use because they might have auueu to my site in a bettei way oi fit
moie with the theme, but I'm glau that I establisheu integiity within my website anu
just stuck to images that I was alloweu to use.
Piofessoi Silvei uiscusseu using alteinative text in oui piojects foi those
inuiviuuals who have a haiu time seeing images. As my site is veiy image-heavy, I
tiieu to uo this as much as possible to accommouate those with this type of
hanuicap. I hau nevei heaiu of alteinative text befoie so this was pietty inteiesting
anu I enjoyeu the piocess of having to uesciibe the images anu think about theii
puipose foi inclusion.
Ny peei-gioup suggesteu I auu a contact section wheie otheis coulu submit
theii inteinship expeiiences, which I toucheu on a bit in the self-ieflective
comments. They also suggesteu that I put myself into the woik. I was hesitant at
fiist because theii suggestion of an "about me" section wasn't ieally in line with my
vision foi the pioject. The focus shoulu be on the infoimation fiom The Caieei
Centei anu othei places about inteining anu about the uiffeient inteinships that my
classmates have helu. Insteau of following theii suggestion, I opteu to incluue my
own inteinship expeiience alongsiue my peeis in the woik. This way useis that finu
my site anonymously will not know that I am the cieatoi (although my classmates
anu fiienus still will make a note of it). This was my best way of compiomising that I
coulu think of.
