with tissue in it to make it 3 dimensional -Rainbow fish explanations handout Lesson: -Read The Rainbow Fish by Marcus Pfister -After reading as students: What are things you can share with others? What are some things, which cost no money, you can share with others? -Discuss compliments. Tell students that compliments are something that can be shared. -Introduce activity: Students sit in a circle. Whoever has the rainbow fish gives a compliment to a student. That student then gives a compliment to another student (find some way to know who has already been picked ie; sticker) this goes on until every student has received and given a compliment
