To whom it may concern: I have had the joy and satisfaction of working successfully with Brittan Aebischer for the past two years at Quality Schools lnternational, Shekou, China. As a fellow middle school teacher of History and Language Arts, l've personally witnessed his cooperative spirit, professional attitude, and caring disposition in and out of the classroom. Brittan works collaboratively with his colleagues and has developed an especially close, working relationship with many of the teachers and administration. Together, they have developed a new school wide program (which he now heads), Week Without Walls, allowing students to leave behind the walls of their classroom and explore and learn in a completely foreign environment. A large undertaking that has him organizing several excursions and managing hundreds of students at one time - all of this voluntarily. He has also added positively to the aesthetics of our school. I have witnessed Brittan working past midnight, on many occasions, decorating the school's atrium for different festivals so the children could walk into school the next day and be magically transported into this new world or environment that Brittan created and designed Additionally, one of Brittan's exceptionally strong methodologies is his use of cooperative groups. Brittan has created and headed different groups within our school to better help with behavior .management and school wide expectations. ln these special committees, I have always found him to be the quintessential professional, listening to others opinions with interest, offering suggestions based upon

sound teaching, and demonstrating a sincere willingness to try new strategies. Earnestly caring for his fellow teachers and the students he serves is also a sirong and noticeable trait in his personality.

ln the classroom, Brittan has used his talent as a designer and artist to positively modify and
transform the curriculum in a way that meets every objective, but keeps students engaged and organized.

Studenis from 51h grade to 12tn grade enjoy learning from Brittan and always enter and leave his classroom with a smile. His name as a teacher, artist and designer have slowly crept their way from classroom into the Shenzhen community as his work has been showcased throughout the city at charity events and art houses. Parents, students, teachers, and strangers can't help but be pulled in by his energetic attiiude toward his field and passion for his craft.
Brittan Aebischer has a pleasant, easy-going disposition, is fun to be with at both professional and social gatherings, and is cheerful, positive, and friendly. I have spent many hours with Brittan at school and on holiday and can confidently say he will fit in very comfortably with any group of professionals who are serious about their work but also know when it is ihe right time to joke and relax. His professionalism is a well-balanced blend of competence, experience, and friendliness. I eagerly give my endorsement of Brittan Aebischer's skills and professionalism with the highest praise.

Sincerely,
