    dismissal of the foregoing appeal.

    2. Having found the Joint Stipulation acceptable, I approve


    the Joint Stipulation and hereby dismiss the above-reference a

    appeal with the understanding that the Narragansett Tribe may

    petition the Office of Administrative Law Judges to reinstate the


    appeal solely for the purpose of enforcing the terms of the Joint

    Stipulation.
