Date: Tues 19 Nov 2013 Timings:

Are employers looking for skills and behaviours more than knowledge from todays graduates?
What is this about? Employer expectations and graduate skills - is there a mismatch or not? What are employers looking for that universities are not providing? How well do graduates think they were prepared for the world of work? With the exception of discipline-specific skills, is it even the role of a university to prepare graduates for the world of work? This is a subject that affects everyone in business: it affects you. Event Format Future Forum is based on the Gurteen Knowledge Caf process, developed by David Gurteen.
