Classroom Procedures
Color chart system to monitor behavior Green,Yellow, Red Students will have to pull colors based on inappropriate classroom behaviors and not following the student guiding principles. Green is good,Yellow is a warning, and red constitutes a serious problem where one of many actions may be taken:
Loss of privileges (recess, etc.) Conference with parent(s) A visit with an administrator

Homework package
Students receive homework package on every Tuesday and turn in on Friday. Homework IncludingReading, Writing and Math Reading logStudents need to complete their reading on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and have the parents or guardians to sign the log. Friday Folder
Students would have a Friday Folder to bring home the work they have done for that week, including homework as well. Students need to return the Friday Folder on Monday.

Birthdays
celebrate birthdays once a month. room parents organize a calendar of birthdays (beginning, middle, or end of the month). Still recognize each birthday on their actual day by singing to them, Encourage games or arts for the birthdays No sugar overload

Snack, water and lunch

Have students bring a freshly-filled water bottle each morning Healthy snack No sharing Memorize Student ID Number for lunch purchase

Personal Items
Please do not allow your child to bring any of the following to school: toys, purses, jewelry that is valuable and/or distracting. Money not needed for school, candy, games, electronics, etc. Any such items that are brought to school will remain in my care until a parent can pick them up.
