1. Reference: Memorandum received from DPRM, NHQ dated 21 March 2013. 2. The DPRM-NHQ highlighted the earnest cooperation of all BJMP personnel in the efficiency of gathering, preservation and retrieval of data and information in all of its employees. In fact, the Bureau has sought the assistance from the National Computer Center aiding our technology system to work more efficiently. 3. In this connection, all personnel with second level eligibility (Board Examination, Licensure Examination and Civil Service Professional), are directed to submit a clear copy of certificate of eligibility for the inclusion of this document into the official file.
