I would like to resign my position as Salesman with Usman Trading Company to leave 31st December, 2013. I would like to take this opportunity to say that making this decision has been difficult, as working at Usman Trading Company has been such a positive experience and one for which I am grateful. I have gained much here and have enjoyed working with you and my other colleagues in Accounts, Sales & Delivery Department. I regret to leave this place which I consider as my second home. I wish to thank you for giving me the opportunity of joining the Sales service of this company for the past four years. I also wish to thank the Accounts and Sales staff for enabling me to learn as much as I did and for their kind attitude towards me.
