Four people on the plane said they had symptoms similar to SARS. Medical officials wearing white face masks boarded the plane and sent the sick passengers to a hospital via ambulance. SARS is a severe respiratory illness. The symptoms are a high fever, a headache, difficulty breathing, and a cough. SARS started in the southern part of China late last year. It has spread to Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, Canada, Germany and elsewhere in recent weeks. Sixty-three people have died from it.
