Intern for the events and document design/ feature story design for The East Asia Institute. Designed flyers for upcoming events. Helped set up many events that The East Asia Institute hosted. Became proficient in Macintosh Software, Adobe and Microsoft Office. Wrote feature stories following the events. Wrote many emails corresponding in a professional manner and practiced writing skills everyday. Learned and understood a great deal of working in an office with many people. Helped with various tasks needed and designed a portfolio at the end of the internship displaying the work accomplished. May 2012- December 2012

Bourbon Street Seafood Kitchen


Waited tables and learned food prep in the kitchen. Big emphasis on customer service as well as personal and food presentation to customers. Learned how to become very patient and how to efficiently manage time when the restaurant was busy. March 2010- December 2010

Gilly Hicks

Started as a model greeter at the front of the store, learned the cash register quickly and how to fold clothes on the floor. Also dealt with customer service daily and would present myself in the best way for the company. Learned how to become organized with folding clothes and how to work a cash register and floor set in retail. May 2009- October 2011

Freddys Frozen Custard


Started as a cashier at the front of the store, quickly moved to work the drive-thru service and make custard. Dealt with customer service on a daily basis and had to handle any complaints with understanding and compassion. Learned how to be precise with handing out orders on time and how to multitask.

Very neat and proficient document design skills, typing and spelling skills including very excellent writing skills. Finishes tasks efficiently and in a timely manner. Fast learner and can be taught anything very quickly. Outgoing and friendly to new people. Very neat, organized person and very punctual. Flexible with most situations and a very level headed person.
