FBL3N - Display/Change Line Items Enter GL Account 24020, Company code: 1600 and Execute (F8)

In the G/L Account Line Item display, go to the Settings-Click on switch List.

Go back and execute FBL3N - Display/Change Line Items and click on switch list again to view the report as before Click on List Export- Spread sheet again

Pop-up Box id display again and you can choose any format depending on your requirement.
