file at The University of Tulsa before final admission is granted. The applicant is advised that the tuition, fees, and other
charges for the semester or session are due at the beginning of each term. The international student must be prepared to meet
these obligations.
PLEASE NOTE: You will not be issued form 1-20 or Form DS-2019 until this form has been completed, signed, and
submitted to The University of Tulsa.
