MATHER FIELD PUBLIC FACILITIES FINANCING PLAN -


DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE PROGRAM

EFFECTIVE DATE: Monday, March 03, 2008

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all Development Fees collected within the boundary of the Mather
Field Public Facilities Financing Plan area, see map below, shall be increased on Monday, March 03, 2008.
Pursuant to Resolution No. 2002-0257, adopted by the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors on
March 5, 2002, the Development Fees collected per building permit, occupancy permit, or grading permit
(calculated based on the appropriate units) shall be increased by 1.43% as follows:
