New Business a. Collection Status of Account 941C i. The Board considered a settlement offer in the collection of account 941C after the homeowner responded to the Attorneys letters. ii. Motion by CF to direct the attorney to prepare a settlement offer letter to be sent to Account 941C giving them the opportunity to settle the past due account with a payment of $2,484.73 by October 1st, 2013. iii.
