    Now must we praise the protector of Heaven, God in his greatness, and his glorious purpose, The wondrous

    work of wonders Father: The genesis of all by God eternal. For the brood of earth the blessd Creator Heaven as roof on high he raised. This Middle-earth, mankinds guardian, The abode of man built he later, The Lord eternal, almighty God.
