Wall Lake Bandits Viola Visions 4H Club toured the Fertig Family Diary on Sunday September 8th at 6:0O

p.m. Sharon and Dale Fertig gave a guided tour of present operation and the new Dairy facility which will be functioning in November. Many members discovered how much work is involved in running a Dairy.

After the tour members traveled to Damon Cooks home for supper and a meeting. Meeting to call to order by Treasurer Ty Brotherson. American Flag- Riley Mealy/Cavan Eberle. 4HFlagSara Meaty/Damon Cook.

Roll Call: Favorite Dairy Food. Ice cream was the top choice. Present were 16 members, 3 leaders and 4 guest. Treasurers Report was give by Ty Brotherson. Old business: Fair Premiums and Bonus Auction, the Bonus auction check was deposited and waiting for the fair premium check. The members checks will be sent our as soon as they are ready. Motion to pay the Sac County Extension for insurance and memberships from June. Was made by Connor Tegels and 2nd by Mason Drost. Sac County Quilt -A -Fair will need help on Saturday, Sept 14, 9:00 am and Sunday, Sept 15, 1:00 pm to put up the frame work for the quilt show and will need help again on Sept 22, 4:00 to take down the stands and cleanup. Also help is always welcomed to hanging up the quilts on September 16, 17, 18 and 19 and helping where need at the Quilt Show on September 21 and 22. Recordbooks are due to Cathy or Kim September 3Oth and to Extension Office October 3rd. Next tour at Van Horn Exotic Animal Display south east of Glidden, October 13 at 5:00 p.m. with a meeting at Pizza Ranch to follow.
