Yogyakarta is a province located in the system of government of the Republic of Indonesia which has a special feature, this is in accordance with Law No. 13 year 2012 about the specialty of Yogyakarta, so in the public service undertaken by the government of Yogyakarta special region, would have special supplementary budget to implement programs designed. for which the author examines Study Case Against Budget Yogyakarta Provincial Government was focused on Rate of Economic Growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the People's Post in Yogyakarta province enact Act No. 13 of 2012 Against the Cultural Development and Local Government Main program, the method descriptive qualitative research.
