N.I.Q. No. - 21/2010-11 Date: - 27-12-2010 1. Sealed item rate quotations are invited by Asstt. General Manager Engg. (Civil)-II, O/o The Regional Executive Director (E/R), Airports Authority of India, N.S.C.B.I. Airport, Kolkata 52, on behalf of the Chairman, A.A.I. from enlisted contractors of appropriate class of CPWD / MES / P&T / Railway / State PWD / Central Public Sector Undertakings or having trade license of civil works issued by the municipality for the work of Renovation of AMSS & ILS Room at 4th Floor of NTB at NSCBI Airport, Kolkata for an Estimated cost of Rs. 1.90 Lakh. Time allowed 45 Days. Quotations will be issued on 07.01.2011, received till 12.01.2011 upto 1500 Hrs. opened on the same day at 1530 Hrs. 2. Quotation forms will be issued to those contractors who produce certificate from client of having satisfactorily completed (Phase / Part completion of the scope of work in a contract shall not be considered) atleast three works, each of 40% or two works each of 50% or one work of 80% of Civil work during the last seven years ending on 04.01.2011 (Firms showing work experience certificate from Non Government / Non PSU organizations should submit with documentary evidences Tax Deduction at Source certificate in support of their claim for having experience of stipulated value of work), produce proof of annualized average financial turnover of 30% of Estimated Cost during the last three years ending 31 st March, of previous financial year. 3. Application for issue of Quotation documents of each work shall be submitted upto 04.01.2011 on all working days. The application shall be supported with self attested copies of valid registration / Trade License Permanent Account Number (PAN), and client certificate for experience indicating date of completion as stipulated and actual date of completion of work. The financial turnover should be supported with documentary evidence. 4. Purchase Preference of Central Public Sector Undertaking shall be applicable as per the directives of Govt. of India prevalent on the date of acceptance. 5.
