Since i am the bread winner of the family, I am suffering economically. My subsistence allowance for the month of april 2013 was intentionally delayed, i had written to cm cell about the delay from may 1 - 2013 to june 13 2013 because i had suffered a lot with mental pain and mental agony due to this delay, my family maintenance was made critical by the intentional delay for more than 44 days from last date of april 2013 to 12th of july 2013 because of this delay, i was made to borrow money for interest outside this intentional delay had violated rules under FR-53 and subsistence allowance act., which i had shown in the following url http://idisa413.weebly.com I request the honourable chief minister to take action, inititate 17b proceedings (discipline and appellate rules) against persons responsible for the delay and the delinquent officer like me had suffered a lot for the delay and the intentional delay had been proved through http://idisa413.weebly.com I humbly request the honourable chief minister to take stringent action against the persons who had violated rules under FR-53 and subsistence allowance act. ANIMAL HUSBANDRY & FISHERIES - DIR,ANIMAL HUSBANDARY The RJD, Cuddalore reported that the suspended individual has to provide a certificate regarding his non employment and residing at headquarters with address every month. But he had given certificate for April on 04.05.13 without indicating about his residence. So, it was returned to him and he has resubmitted it on 08.05.13. The claim was prepared and sent to the Treasury on 16.05.13. The bill was audited and the same was represented on 05.06.13 and passed on 13.06.13. Till the date, the individual is receiving the subsistence allowance for the following months in time. So, the delay for the month of April was not due to RJD office, Cuddalore. O/o the DAH & VS, Chennai-6.
