General issue
1. Application of the standard conditions:
Standard fares are subject to the conditions of IATA resolution 100 and must be read in
conjunction with resolution 100.
Normal fares are subject to the conditions of IATA resolution 101 and must be read in
conjunction with resolution 101
However, in both cases some categories are subject to LH own standards; marked with LH in
the following text
2. Each paragraph of 100 and 101 as well as the special and normal fares rule is divided into
two parts, paragraph a and b as shown below:
- paragraph a contains the standard conditions
- paragraph b contains governing conditions and/or reference to governing rules
3. When a paragraph is opened in a fare rule, it completely overrides the corresponding
paragraph/subparagraph of IATA Resos 100/101
When a paragraph/subparagraph is omitted from a fare rule, the corresponding
paragraph/subparagraph of Reso 100/101 applies.
