This is to certify that IRFAN ULLAH, Registration#2007-MS-Elec-57 is a student in good standing at University of Engineering and Technology Lahore. He is currently studying in MSc Electrical engineering. He made normal progress toward completing a Masters degree.However, he is unable to complete all the requirements i.e. thesis, for the degree and is requesting an extension for three months.
