Job Profile of a Business Development Manager..

v Role o Strategise, Lead and execute Corporate Clients Acquisition and Retention o Create quality Customer base and nurture relations for long term association o Consistently move the Customer up the Value chain by expanding Portfolio penetration of our Services o Create, nurture and lead a team of Officers to execute Service specific assignments o Work closely with the Business Head/s to grow Customers, Revenues and Profitability o Be the single point contact between the Clients and the Company v Accountabilities o Acquire and grow Customer base o Own Execution deliveries o Deliver Revenue Objectives by Customer, by Business Vertical etc o Ensure seamless delivery of Commitments and Services to Clients as per SLAs o Identify and convert emerging Opportunities o Customer Satisfaction Score

v Ideal Profile

o Post Graduate o 4 8 Years of B2B, Corporate Sales and Relationship management

o Complete Knowledge of Sales, Distribution & Channel Development models in Consumer Goods and Consumer Services Industries o Prior experience in Retail / Mass S&D is preferred o Attractive Personality, Effective 2 way communication, Transparency in relationship management are key o A Go getter, who is comfortable to initiate engagement with Senior leaders / KDMs and result driven o An open eye for opportunity and quick conversions o Exposure to FMCG, Consumer Services, Health / Beauty care, Education, Distribution etc o Transparent Leader with an ability to build and nurture collaboration across the organization o Extremely high on Integrity and ethical Values v Position reports v Other Information General Manager / Business Head
