Quinio in the amount of FIFTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (PHP15, 500.00) Pesos; That the area of (31) square meters is purposely intended for Mrs. Anita C. Quinio as her Road Right of way; That I am executing this Affidavit of Conformity to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts herein stated.
