Department Meeting Department Meetings are days when members are divided up to work based on their events. Members will work with Department Coaches for tips, advice, and a chance to work with people with similar topics.

Town Meeting Town Meetings are a requirement. All members are expected to get with their event partner(s) and team to give progress reports. We will discuss any rule changes or updates about Science Olympiad. Important information and papers are typically handed out on Town Meetings so you must attend or arrange to have a proxy be there.

Proxy Proxy Check-In is ONLY allowed for required days such as Town Meetings. Each person can only proxy check-in for one person who cannot make it. A member who is absent can only arrange for a proxy check-in 1 time each semester. If the proxy does not attend the meeting, both the proxy check-in

person & absent member will be marked absence.
