AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLIANCE

I, JO RIZZA G. CALDERON, 19 years of age, single, resident of 35B JUNQUERA EXT., CEBU CITY, having been sworn to in accordance with the law, depose and state: 1. That I attended in one of the hearing on a criminal case regarding theft in the Palace of Justice, Cebu City. 2. That upon entering the Palace of Justice, the security guard was asking for my identification card to verify my identity. 3. That the hall was full of different people coming in and out of the said place. 4. That the Branch 7 was located at the 4th floor, East Wing. 5. That the place was different from what I have seen in the movie set-up. 6. That before entering the hall, we were asked to obtain permission from the office. 7. That when the permission was granted, you will be allowed to enter the said premises. 8. That upon entering the justice hall, there were accused ones, petitioners from different cases and guests inside. 9. That the accused ones are escorted by police authorities and were handcuffed during the trial. 10. That the fiscal and the lawyer of the accused are seated near each other and are intently stating their arguments and listening to the judge. 9. That the place was not completely seated and vacant seats were still available. 10. That the hearing already started and it was already the case of People vs. Abaya out of many cases that day. 11. That the office of the judge is located at the back of the court. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 26th day of July 2013, in Cebu City, Philippines.
