Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT Real Estate has occasions when its agents are aware of properties that
may be for sale or lease and the owners request that the property be marketed discretely. In these situations
the owner (s) may request that we at Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT Real Estate have an affidavit
signed buy the purchaser or tenant before providing pertinent facts and information about the property.

NON-DISCLOSURE: The undersigned (purchaser/tenant) and those acting on their behalf) agree that all
information supplied by the seller/landlord or Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT both verbal and written
shall be considered confidential. The (purchaser/tenant) agree that the information will not be copied,
distributed or disseminated to anyone other than those involved in the decision making process, without the
express written consent of the owners and Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT Real Estate.

NON-CIRCUMVENT: It is hereby understood and agreed by and between the parties or entities to this
agreement, including all Principals, Advisors, and Broker/agents, that they will not contact or deal directly
with third parties introduced to the property for two (2) years subsequent to this agreement or attempt to
circumvent any party involved in this or future transactions in an effort to avoid the payment of fees or
commissions due the broker.

CONTACT: You the (purchaser/tenant) agree that all contact with the owner or the owner’s representative
will be made directly through Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT’s agent _________________.

Upon execution of this agreement by the (purchaser/tenant) we shall provide you with the location of
the property and all pertinent facts regarding its sale or lease.
