 Initially the concept of
maharashtrian houses i.e.
rooms around courts was
applied. Based on this the ‘c’
shaped form around the
court was derived.
Additionally One room deep
concept was also applied,
and the final form was
gained.
Drawing hall was kept at
the drop of 850mm so
that rooms at the back
side with greater height
also gets proper light and
cross ventilation. Max.
no. of opening is at
eastern side, and there
are no as such openings
on western side.
